This started as our own journal.

Over the years, it turned into something much bigger — a structured space where we could actually understand our system, keep track of things, and feel a bit less lost.

We rebuilt it in Notion so it could be easier to use, customizable, and something other systems could use too.

This isn’t just a place to write notes. It helps you:

• keep track of alters and give each of them their own space

• log fronting and daily experiences

• map your inner world if you have one

• write things down for therapy, coping, or grounding

• track symptoms, timelines, or important information

• and just… have somewhere everything lives instead of being scattered everywhere

You don’t have to use everything.
You don’t have to fill it all in.

You can start with one page, one alter, one entry — and build from there.
